Rent is £550 per month per person (£127/week), starting July 1st 2026 to June 30th 2027 excluding deposits and bills. Videos of the house provided on request. We're MechEng students (dudes) who are returning from a placement year. We cook a lot and are social within our circles. We're looking for calm, respectful, and communicative people.
