Looking for 2 housemates for Modern house of 5

5 bedroom house located on mayfield road, 2 bathrooms and 1 en-suite, Modern and well kept house. We are currently 3 first year girls, looking for two people to fill spare rooms. We are all very sociable and like to have fun and go out but we also like a balance - with 2 of us being health sciences students. Rent: £500 per person per month not including bills but bills looking to be max. £100 a month. Contract starts on the 1st July 2026 for 12 months
