Hi everyone, I have a room available for the next academic year in a 2 bedroom flat in the Highfield area. -Rent £600 per month per person (bills not included) -5 minutes from campus and portswood with good bus access. -Room is a large ground floor, garden facing room with good WiFi signal and is furnished. -Tenancy starts June 2024 for twelve months. -The flat is quiet, clean and modern, along with being well maintained. -Good storage and space for socialising/studying.
