Hi, I am a University of Southampton student urgently looking for a genuine self-contained studio in purpose-built student accommodation in Southampton City Centre. Requirements: - Move-in date: 5 September 2026 - Contract length: 51 weeks, ideally ending 28 August 2027 - Private kitchen and private bathroom - Tenancy takeover must be completed officially through the accommodation provider - Budget around £264 per week or less, depending on the room and contract I can proceed immediately once the room, contract dates, rent and official transfer process are confirmed.
