Looking for a replacement tenant for Semester 2 of the academic year 26/27

Hi, I have a semester abroad placement for next year and I'm looking for someone to take over my room for the 2nd half of the year! The house is situated in Portswood and 5 minutes from Lidl and only 8 minutes from Sobar/ Jester/ Hobbit. Everyone is currently first year, all very lovely with varying degrees. Large room and large kitchen, and only £131 per week, with bills included. Just for the semester would be ideal, but if you are interested in the whole year then please also let me know!
