Need a replacement for my tenancy

I have a contract beginning in July 2026 for a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Ranelagh Gardens. It's 420 per person a month excluding bills, bills are set up on unihomes package and are 24 pounds a week. The make up of the house is 2 men, 1 woman and 1 non-binary person, all lovely and kind people and very accepting. The room is 2.72mx2.41m
