Need new housemate for room in 23 Lodge Road

As I am aiming to move out as soon as possible, we require a replacement tenant, preferably female if possible, making a total of 5 housemates in all. Excluding myself, the current ratio of female to male housemates is 3:1. The house is close to campus and within walking distance of both U1A and U6H bus stops. As it is within the Bevois Valley area, it close to various pubs including The Hobbit, Sobar, The Shooting Star and Edge. The room itself is a converted living room and thus quite spacious with a bed, desk and wardrobe included. Rent is £370 a month plus £100.07 for utilities. The house itself features an oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, two toilets, a standing shower and a garden plus outside alcove.
