VERY URGENT | Room in a shared house, £456 ppm, all bills included

URGENT (needs to be done until 31st of December) Me and my friends are currently signing the contract for a shared house on 22 Lodge Road, however we are one person short. The property is owned by Century21, is across the road from tesco, 2 minutes away from Aldi, and 15 minutes away from Highfield campus by bus. The Wi-fi and bills are all included in the rent, the property has 5 rooms, alongside large backyard, kitchen, a TV and a washing machine. The tenancy starts on the 8th of July, 2026.
