Room with En Suite for rent near Highfield campus

Hey, I’m going into my second year of uni, and I have a spare bedroom that I’m looking to rent out. A bit about the flat: The flat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a small living room. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Highfield Campus. The room comes fully furnished, along with a fantastic flatmate. Rent will be £800 + bills. A bit about me and other details: My name is Johan, and I’m studying Aero Astro. I’m looking for someone (male) who I can get along with — hopefully a Chandler and Joey situation :) Cleanliness is appreciated, although after first-year halls, I realise that it’s a scarce quality among guys. Joining group Spoons outings, side quests, and other shenanigans is mandatory, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
