House of 4 needing another person ASAP

Hi, We have an ensuite room in the centre of the polygon, close to the city centre and especially city campus. We are also centrally located between NOCS and Highfield/Boldrewood/Avenue, so the commute to/from each of them is quite reasonable. We are also nearby to an ASDA, Lidl and the main high street. The room has an ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, tt's also spacious and gets lots of sunlight through most of the day. The kitchen is also reasonably sized and has a small attached dining area, so there's enough space to socialise or use for other means. Myself and my other housemates are currently in our second year (starting third when you'd move in) and we're all doing a mix of aero/astro and computer science degrees. When we have time, we can be quite social, but on the whole, the house is quite quiet, so it's great for those who do lots of studying at home or otherwise like a slightly quieter environment.
