Flat on road

Hi! We’re looking for one new flatmate for our 2nd year flat as someone has dropped out (we don’t mind what year you are in). The flat is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, on London Road. Rent is approximately £130 a week with bills included. It’s ideal for students with classes at NOCS, as it is a 15 minute bus ride from it, but it is also only 10 minutes from the Avenue campus, and 20 minutes from Highfield campus. We are currently 1 girl and 2 boys. We’re on the quiet side, but happy to socialise! Move in is from August 2026 (I’m moving in September so it’s up to your preference).
