2nd Year Looking for housing 26-27

Hi, I'm a 2nd year student looking for a new group of people to share a house with for my 3rd year. I'm hoping for a contract that starts on July 1st, as I'll be working in Southampton over the summer. I'm ideally looking for houses in the highfield/portswood area. I'm friendly, tidy and organised. I enjoy a mix of nights in and nights out. I appreciate a clean, respectful house where people are somewhat mindful of noise. Not particularly fussed with how many people are in the house.
