Replacement tenant needed for Lodge Road

Hi, my four friends and I have signed a holding contract for a house on Lodge Road, but one of us is now dropping out of university and no longer wants to live there. We are looking to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible, so we will not be particularly picky. We're two men and two women, aged 21-22, ranging from 2nd year of undergraduate to PhD. We're clean, friendly, and sociable but not particularly loud - most likely we'll have occasional nights out and groups of friends over for game nights (which you'd be welcome to join) but no parties etc. Rent is 114/ppw with bills included - I can share a link with images of the house upon request.
