Hello, I am looking for somebody to replace me for a tenancy agreement starting 06/09/2025 and ending in 11/07/2026. The price for this is £207 p/w, bills included. This is for Queen's Gate Accommodation, located in the city centre. I can confirm as one of my friends have lived there previously and I have been able to visit, that it has a large bedroom, spacious kitchen and own bathroom all of which the accommodation maintains to a good standard. The building has a secure entrance for which you will be given a key fob to access the entrance, common room, the corridor of the flat's floor, and your own, unique key to unlock your studio flat. It is located on a street just at the bottom of city centre (Queen's Terrace). It's a quiet, residential street with a Lidl within 5 mins walking distance, a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you directly to campus and back (U1A / U1C). It is also not a far walk from clubs and bars, the ferry station, barbers - everything is located conveniently around. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the train station.
