Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my tenancy in a mixed house (2 male, 1 female) 10 minutes walk away from Highfield campus. Rent is £475 a month with an additional £125 for a bills included package making a total of £600 per month. You’ll be joining a lovely group of people who live there at the moment.
