Returning from a pause in study in January

Hi my name is Euan. I am set to return to my studies at the end of January 2027 for sem. 2. I am looking to live in a house preferably in Portswood, or near Bedford Place, but anywhere is fine. I am doing marine biology and will be finishing my third year of an integrated masters. I am very clean, love house nights-out, film-nights, budget travelling, and study seshes. I don't mind how many people are in the house either (3+ is totally fine).
