Looking for a replacement tenant within the next month

I have a 12m^2 room in a house that is 2 minutes away from Highfield campus. I will be leaving early (within the next two months) before my lease ends in August and need someone to takeover the lease. The house features two bathrooms, a kitchen of decent size, a dining table, sofa and garden shed. The current housemates who are living with me are nice, fairly quiet and clean people. Happy to be sociable as well if that is what you prefer. They will be leaving in August so that will free up 3 rooms for others to move. Current rent for my room is £420 per month.
