Looking for 2 housemates for Highfield house 27/28 academic year

This is a 4 bedroom house. I am looking for 2 people to join. It is on Highfield lane and 5 min walk to both Highfield and avenue campus. I will be doing my fourth year and my friends are leaving after their third. Would love to find some new housemates! The rent is £441.50. Bills not included but tend to use the unihomes bills package with it!!
