Looking for 1 potential housemate for Highfield house 27/28 academic year

This is a 4-bedroom house. I am looking for 1 person to join. It is on Highfield Lane, a 5-minute walk to both Highfield and Avenue campus. I'm in my fourth year, and my friends are leaving after their third, but I have found 2 friends who aren't. I may potentially need a new housemate, but I can't confirm that until the end of October. Please let me know if you are interested, but don't rely on this house as a certainty!!! Would love to find a new housemate! The rent is £441.50. Bills are not included, but I tend to use the UniHomes bills package with it!!
