Two second year guys looking for a house

Me and my friend are both second years going into third looking for a house for 26/27. We’re both tidy, social and study oriented. We don’t mind where the house is, highfield or Polygon are preferred. We’d prefer a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms.
