3 Bed flat - 30 High road

Hi there, we are 2 students looking for someone to move into a 3 bed flat with us. We are looking for someone tidy, friendly and respectful. The property itself has parking on site, a washing machine and 1 shared bathroom. The rooms are double rooms. The property is also a short walk away from highfield campus. Rent is £460 pcm, with bills not included. We are doing our own bills to save some money. A deposit of £500 would also have to be put down before moving in.
