Looking for 1 girl to join an all girls 4 bedroom flat! Tenant replacement

Hi! I am graduating this summer so my flatmates and I are looking for a girl to join the 4-bed flat for the next academic year (2026-27). The girls who will be staying on in the flat (will be 1 4th year, 1 3rd year and 1 2nd year in September) are really welcoming, friendly, kind and tidy. Our flat is located in Bassett (a 15min walk from Highfield campus). Rent is £118.75 per person per week, inclusive of bills. Our flat is clean and we've loved living here the past year and a half.
