Looking for 1 housemate to fill a room for academic year 26/27.

Hello! We are looking for one housemate to fill a spot in our 6 bedroom house. We are currently one girl and four boys so open to both girls and boys at the moment. We will be 3rd years in the relevant academic year. The house is a 6 bedroom, only 8 minutes walk from the university (highfield). It has two bathrooms and showers.
