I am urgently looking for a self-contained Studio in purpose-built student accommodation in Southampton City Centre. Requirements: - Move-in: as soon as possible, ideally 5 September 2026 - Contract length: approximately 51 weeks - Budget: up to £270 per week, preferably including bills - Private kitchen and private bathroom - Student-only accommodation I am ready to proceed quickly once the exact room type, availability, contract dates, total rent and provider-approved transfer process have been confirmed.
