Avenue Road, Gorgeous double, all-female house

Hi! We've got a double room free in our house on Avenue Road, and we're hoping to find someone to join us. We're four girls in 3rd year, clean, friendly and really easy to live with. We'll happily chat in the kitchen or watch something together, but everyone gets their own space too. The house is really nice, with a modern kitchen and x2 bathrooms. The bedroom has a big window looking out onto our garden. It's £500 a month, plus bills at £90 a month paid separately. Campus is a 30 minute walk or 15 minutes by bike, and we've got a secure concrete bike shed. If you're interested, send us a message and come round for a look (or we can do a video call). We'd love to meet you!
