Close to local amenities such as Aldi, Jesters, U6H bus stop etc. The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, 2 chairs, bedside drawers, wardrobe, sink in the bedroom with mirrored cabinet, full-length mirror, multiple lamps, and bookshelf. The landlord is lovely, and there is a maintenance man to hand who replies almost instantly. I have lived in his houses since 1st year, I am only moving out as my partner is moving into Southampton so I am getting a flat with him mid-October so the room will be free from 16th of October.
