Housemate for a house in polygon

We are looking for one person to replace our current housemate. There are 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s a garden, dishwasher, washing machine. We are 2 girls and one guy. With bills included it’s £132 per week. It’s a 12 month contract from July
