2 bed flat to share for 2026/27

I'm looking for a current 1st or 2nd year ug student to share a two bed two bath flat with next year. The rent is most likely going to be around £900 per month (bills not included), however, it can be lower depending on the tenancy length. I'm ideally looking for a 9/10 month tenancy, however am open to a longer tenancy to stay long term. It's a beautiful flat, with gorgeous views of the centenary quay. It may be worth noting you have to prepared to travel 40 mins to get to Southampton uni, however, I stayed at a 1 bed, and did not find it too hard. I will also have a car, so would be happy to let you share it if you're paying for your own gas, and have a full driving licence.
