3 First year Engineering students looking for 1 more housemate

We are 2 boys and 1 girl looking for a 4th housemate for the 2026 year, currently looking at houses in Portswood/Highfield at around £130-160 per week including bills. We are sociable, but will keep quiet during evenings, and don’t tend to drink in the house. We are all very tidy and do a good job of keeping kitchens and bathrooms clean.
