This house would be ideal for students in the final year(s) of study (3rd and 4th year) or postgraduates looking for somewhere for next year. However, I am happy to offer rooms to anyone who is particually intrested. Also I have no preference either boys or girls. LOCATION AND PROPERTY INFORMATION: The property is a five-bedroom terrace house (five tennants) on Shakespeare Avenue in Portswood near by the Gordon Arms and Waitrose (close by to a U1C, U1A, U6H and Blue Star 20 bus stops). Each bedroom is spacious accommodating a double bed and an en suite barthroom. Additionally, each room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and storage. The kitchen doubbles up as a communal space and backs onto a small garden area. The house has a washing machine, microwave, oven and gas cooking hob. COST: The cost of rent per week currently is £103 but this will likely be subject to a small increase upon renewal of the rental agreement. The cost of gas, electricity (unlimited electricity) and broadband (internet) per month is £98.12 using a Fused Bills package.
