Housemate needed

Looking for 1 more person to join our house for 2nd year. It is situated in the Polygon but is extremely close to Lidl. £156 a week including bills, with a deposit of £300. We are a mixed household. It is an 8 person house, which was refurbished last year so is very modern looking. All bedrooms have double beds and lots of space and storage, and the kitchen is very spacious.
