Replacement needed Urgently

I have made another advert here: https://www.susu.org/support/housemate/view/3edf34fb7e5643ca1bc03e4fbbbfea17 about the possibility of doing a room swap with someone however I am also happy to just give someone this room if they want it On Alma road, slap bang in Portswood, 20 minute walk to basically everything. 5 housemates + you, mostly men, 2 bath, for £121/week bills included, for the top floor largest room in the house. Has a garden and driveway. Looking to just be out of my contract as soon as possible, landlord is good I am just not happy here anymore for personal reasons. Housemates are very tidy, have chores rotas, and one or two dietary requirements but nothing severe.
