(21M) Non-fussy, graduate MMath student w 3 years exp renting in the area

Heya, I'm Ethan, a maths/physics masters student from Sussex. I need a place to live for the next (my 4th) year, until June(ish). Not too fussed about location, number of people etc.. Have rented each year I've been here and have a great idea of expectations; personally and as a renting collective. I don't mind at all who I live with as long as others make an effort to keep the property reasonably clean and there is a baseline of respect - which will be given by myself. I am pragmatic, clean, and very difficult to afflict. My main interests are gym/football/theoretical physics/programming. I'm inherently a social person and would prefer to get to know my housemates well but this is not a necessity at all. Will spend a lot of time reading/studying, but I love a social as much as any other. Want: Would prefer to takeover or fill in for a housemate who dropped out, but would also be interested if I had to (co)arrange a property. Don't want: A property outside of Soton. Housemates who will treat me as lesser. Other than this I have no preferences so ignore the mandatory additional categories, e.g. 6+ housemates.
