Looking to Take Over a Student Accommodation Tenancy

Hi, I’m a first-year undergraduate student at the University of Southampton studying Acoustical Engineering. I’m looking to take over a student accommodation tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year. My requirements are: - Must be available for me to move in on 20 September 2026 - Preferably a studio or en-suite room - Budget around £250 per week, preferably with bills included - Purpose-built student accommodation or student-only housing only - The tenancy transfer must be completed officially through the accommodation provider
