I’m an exchange student currently living in private student accommodation looking for someone to take over my contract as my studies finish in January 2026. I'm NOT looking for a roommate, I am looking for a REPLACEMENT. This is a really lovely room on the top floor of the building, with views of Itchen river and the sunrise in the morning. It’s only 2 mins to nearest convenience shop and a 10 min walk to the University Bus Stop.

The move in date is flexible from January-March 2026 as I’ve paid for the room until 03/03/2026 but am allowed to find a tenant to move in sooner. For $330.94 per week, you get: * Unlimited breakfast from monday to friday, including hot food options and free coffee. * 24/7 Gym access located on the bottom floor of the building - it has 4 benches, a cable, dumbells, mats, exercise balls, a cycling machine, a rowing machine, an elliptical and two treadmills. * Weekly social events with other students: * Cooking classes in the foyer with other students * Cocktail amking events sponsored by high ends brands including Grey Goose and Jack Daniels * Makeup/skincare gift bags from Fenty Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury and Sisley Paris * Free bikes to use which are in fantastic condition.
