We are looking for people to take over our contract for next year as we're moving home. The flat is located behind a house, not within a block of flats so it is quiet, with 1 bedroom, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom, all sizable with plenty of space for two people! Rent is £1173 per month total. The place is furnished and has a bath & shower, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc., as well as a big TV in the lounge. There's also a garden shared between the flat and the house. It's close to everything - shops, supermarkets, central and campus. We've never had any problems and the property managers are always quick to respond if we have any questions! Please message if interested :)
