Looking for someone to take over halls contract

Hi I live in Lucia Foster Welch and Im looking for someone to take over my contract which is £118 per week. The accommodation is right next to the city center and is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and is right next to Tesco Express and Coop. Im also looking for any rooms available preferably near Highfield campus. Please reply if interested!
