Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Portswood ASAP (Gordon Avenue) this year (ideally female). The house is a 20 minute walk to campus and very close to Portswood high street. We are a super friendly and social a house of 6 in total, all female 3rd year students. Rent is £450 and bills close to £75 so £525 per month in total. Neera :)
