Looking for 1 person for a 5 bed house for 26/27

We are two guys and two girls and we’re currently looking for 1 more person for our house in the academic year 26/27. 1 ensuite room Location: Shakespeare Avenue Located in Portswood, it’s close to shops and campus, and isn’t too far away from city centre. The room has a double bed and is quite spacious, with a wardrobe, drawers and a desk and chair. There is a garden too. The house comes with a washing machine and dryer (2 in 1). Rent: ~£660pcm per person (excl. bills) We're tidy and quiet.
