Looking for 3 people for a 5 bed house for 26/27

We are two 2nd year students (19F & 19M) and we’re currently looking for 3 more people for our house in the academic year 26/27 (as our housemates are moving out). Rooms available: 2 en-suites 1 room with a bathroom on the same floor Location: Shakespeare Avenue Located in Portswood, it’s close to shops and campus, and isn’t too far away from city centre. The rooms have double beds and are quite spacious, each with a wardrobe and desk. There is a garden too. The house comes with a washing machine and dryer (2 in 1). Rent: ~£660pcm per person (excl. bills)
