Looking for 1 more housemate for 26/27, Rent £502 per month.

We are looking for one more person to join our 5 person house for 26/27, the house is in an excellent location, just a 3 minute walk from campus and has spacious kitchen, bathroom and living areas. The room itself comes with a double bed, desk and storage space. 3 of us who are staying next year will be doing our master's whilst one of us is going into 2nd year (Currently 3 boys 1 girl). We love board game nights, watching tv shows and occasionally going out, and would love to find someone who loves those things too! Rent is £502 per month + bills.
