University Mental Health Day
Every year University Mental Health Day brings together the university community to make mental health a university-wide priority across the UK. No student should ever feel alone with their mental health.
If you are struggling with your mental health, help is available. Please contact Student Hub which is the University's support service, or alternatively the external charity Student Space . Both are available 24/7.
Join us on Thursday 3rd March for our events and activities, and keep an eye on our Instagram @union_soton as we share advice and ways you can get support. #UniMentalHealthDay
