The following position is only open to current University of Southampton students.
As a Reception and Administration Service Assistant, your duties will include, but are not limited to: providing a fantastic customer experience for all SUSU customers as their first point of contact on site, over the phone and via email, handling cash and card payments for SUSU box office tickets, and organising and maintaining the key list and making sure the handovers are correct. You will also answer customer queries in a positive and welcoming manner, and complete administrative tasks as required, and tidying the area you work in.
No previous experience necessary – full training will be provided, however you must have excellent communication skills, able to use computers, and be comfortable answering external phone calls.
You will be required to work weekday evenings (5pm-11pm) and weekend shifts (between 8am and 8pm) to cover the reception during opening times when the Receptionist and Administrator is not there.
