This role will play a key part in supporting our People Team with a range of administrative tasks to enable us to deliver the people initiatives (e.g. Wellbeing, Recognition, Performance, Diversity and Inclusion), requiring excellent organisation and attention to detail. This role will be supporting colleagues in monitoring progress, collating data and updating systems to ensure we are efficient, effective, and where relevant, legally compliant, in what we deliver. This role will also be responsible for responding or triaging email and in-person enquiries, offering relevant information, advice and support in a polite customer-focused manner. This role will also assist in diary, meetings and sessions arrangements and management to ensure that the right people are at the right place at the right time.

About You
It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of task and project administration, with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high quality customer service. You would be excellent at organising and prioritising tasks to ensure their completion to a high standard in timely fashion.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and interact with colleagues, customers and clients/suppliers and communicate with a range of stakeholders verbally and in writing.
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite as well as be eager and able to learn new digital systems and tools.
You will also be committed to and have passion for the values and vision of SUSU.
