Reception Service Assistant

SUSU are searching for friendly, pro-active and enthusiastic individuals to join the Reception Team in September 2026.
The Role
In this role, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a fantastic customer experience for all SUSU customers as their first point of contact on site, over the phone and via email
- Handling card payments for SUSU box office and organising and maintaining the key list and making sure the handovers are correct.
- You will also answer customer queries in a positive and welcoming manner, and complete administrative tasks as required.
About You
No previous experience necessary – full training will be provided; however, you must have excellent communication skills, able to use a computer, and be comfortable answering external phone calls and face to face enquiries.

...Safety Bus Driver

The Role
SUSU is looking for students who will be 21+ with at least 3 years driving experience to work as Safety Bus drivers. As a Safety Bus driver, you will receive training to drive our diesel and electric vehicles. Shifts start at 7.45pm and vary in duration from midnight to 3am finish.
About You
- You must be over 21 years old.
- Have over 3 years driving experience.
- Be calm under pressure and able to plan out fuel efficient routes.
- Good local knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Comfortable working late nights and lone working
