Hi,
Thank you for your submission!
In the past we have used American Express. Unfortunately, this was met with little usage with roughly £10/day in sales. Due to such a low usage, American Express charges us a high fee which is not affordable proportional to the observed usage. This is in addition to American Express taking significantly longer than other companies to send payments through, this can make budgeting and stock tracking difficult. As a result of these issues, we are unable to utilise this company in our venues.
