The University of Southampton Students’ Union (SUSU) is a registered charity with a £7M turnover. We exist to unlock the potential and enrich the life of every one of our 23,000 student members. SUSU is run by students for students, but our achievements are not possible without the support, expertise and partnership of our 100-strong core staff team.

We are currently looking for a full-time Communications Coordinator to supervise the team of students who coordinate our communications across the day, evening and weekend; to deliver communications campaigns that are student focussed and to work with the Communications Manager to support PR strategies.

If you are already active on a variety of social networks and have a passion for online communication and relationship building, this may be the perfect job for you. As a media savvy blogger you will have a commitment to the values and purpose of a students’ union and ideally your passion will be supported by experience within a communications or public relations role.
