Come and join the Advice & Representation team in the rewarding role of Student Adviser. You will be delivering an independent and confidential quality advice and support service whilst also helping to develop our role as the students’ watchdog: identifying barriers that may impact adversely on the student experience, contributing to campaigns and policy development.
You will need to have experience of working in advice, preferably in the area of student finance and have a desire to make a real impact on student lives. We are looking for an adviser passionate about making real change for students, both individually and collectively.
The main purpose of the role is:
- To provide an information, advice and representation service to students
- To monitor, research, analyse and advise on relevant local, national and international policy global policy
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures
