Hi there,

I come back to you with an update and good news!

This issue occurred as staff were able to play Spotify Playlists while the TV was showing – the TV would normally have subtitles showing. When the TV channel changed to the music TV this should have been disabled but was not.

This was mentioned to the team in the Bridge at the beginning of December and as a result we turned off the Spotify input and there should no longer be a clash.

Kind regards,

Emily Harrison,

SUSU President, 2019-20
