Varsity returned this weekend and saw a fantastic response from students, staff, alumni and families. The annual event featured fierce competition as hundreds of students from the University of Southampton battled it out with the University of Portsmouth for the coveted Varsity Cup.
This year, Southampton students showed remarkable skill and teamwork, clinching victory with a score of 170 to 150 and securing the trophy for their university. This win marks an impressive 11-year streak for Southampton, maintaining their hold on the trophy since their last defeat in 2013.
