Take a break from the hand-in hustle and unwind with our watercolour bookmark workshop in the Concourse. No deadlines, just relaxation and creative flow. We've got the art supplies ready, so all you need to bring is your imagination!

If you need support during this exam period, The Advice Centre at SUSU is open Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.00 and offers practical advice and help for academic, housing and financial issues. The University’s Student Hub offer mental health and wellbeing support, as well as support for students with disabilities, mental health conditions or specific learning difficulties.

Wellbeing Wednesdays

We hold Wellbeing Wednesday each Wednesday throughout the academic year (until Wednesday 5 June) to allow students to get some warm food and receive support. Starting at 14:00 and running until 16:00, students can come up to the welfare room in The Advice Centre where during the winter hot soup is provided and in the summer, pasta. If needed, students can also then receive support at the Advice Centre which runs a drop-in service from 14:00 – 16:00 specialising in practical support for Housing, Finance and Academic concerns.

Positivity Wall on the Concourse

As part of the You Are More Than Campaign, we encourage you to spread some cheer with a positive message to your peers.

Use the mini whiteboards to write a positive message and stick it to the wall for all to see when walking past.
