I feel that I would be suitable for the role of Midwifery President as I have a wealth of experience and knowledge that would help me whilst in the role. I was the 2022/2023 student rep, the student rep for my ACCESS course in 2021/2022 and I have worked closely with different charities to help them achieve their goals. I believe this will help me as I thrive on a challenge, I am organised and will go the extra mile to achieve something. My goals if elected, would be to help the Midwifery department by establishing what the students would like to improve and work together to achieve this. I have strong communications skills and will happily peruse something that I feel passionate about and will help to make a difference to those around me. I am able to use my networking and resource skills to help me find additional support which will help to improve the student experience. Whilst ensuring that all students have someone who can help voice their concerns and feed this back to them in a timely manner.
